Return and Refund

Damage/Defect: If you receive a damaged or non-functional product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video for a quick resolution. Return Process: Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or "wrong item received" cases, subject to our verification. Refunds: Once a return is approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method or provided as store credit within 5-7 business days.
